Harry Geisler is the CEO of YAVA. He brings a wealth of experience in strategic sales and project management within international markets. Specializing in the deployment of payment technologies, Harry also has a strong background in fundraising and project management. Having worked with large central banks across the Middle East and organisations like the United Nations to deploy payment solutions in ‘high-risk’ environments. Harry has an MSc in Banking and Finance from King's College London, a Tax and Tax Avoidance specialization from LSE with distinction, and an MSc in International Real Estate and Planning from UCL, accredited by both RICS and RTPI.

Sumit Dubey is the COO of YAVA and Advisor to EcoStrateGix. He previously served as the Co-Founder and CEO of HEDZE Limited from 2020 to 2023. His earlier experience includes roles as a Finance Research associate at Ecospend, a Trustly Company, and as an Investment Banker at Narnolia Group of Companies. Sumit holds an MSc in Banking and Finance from King's College London, where he graduated with distinction, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Goenka College of Commerce & Business Administration.

Dr. Arghavan (Argy) Nazemi is the CTO at YAVA. With specialties in automotive, maritime, and aviation engineering. She offers expertise in software development, functional safety analysis, and MIL/HIL testing. With extensive experience in powertrain control and system design, Dr. Nazemi has contributed to optimizing energy management systems for hybrid and electric vehicles. She holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Imperial College London, focusing on energy management in hybrid and electric vehicles. Dr. Nazemi has also worked as a Senior Control System Engineer at Arrival, where she led software integration and testing for control systems.

Nick Ismail is the Global Head of Brand Journalism at HCLTech in London, leading their content strategy since March 2022. He previously directed editorial operations at Bonhill Group plc and developed content strategies for Information Age. Nick has a Master’s in TV Journalism from City, University of London, and a Bachelor's in English Literature from The University of Manchester. His career includes roles in journalism and production at ITV and Hardcash Productions.

Ava, which stands for Artificial Virtual Assistant, is the core algorithm behind YAVA and its virtual CTO platform. Acting as a personal assistant, Ava leverages a Natural User Interface (NUI) and a customized Large Language Model, enabling users to interact with the platform through communication, gesture, voice, and eye movement, providing human-like assistance with advanced AI capabilities. Ava handles all founder-related tasks, from conducting interviews and assessments on the virtual CTO platform to liaising with clients needing assistance. Trained with a comprehensive soft skill dataset, she ensures efficient and human-like interactions. Notably, Ava's training excludes inefficient behaviors like sleep, sickness, and holidays (or even tea and biscuit breaks), making her one of the most efficient personal assistants available 24/7 to cater to your every need.

Charles Nicolet, a French-Swiss financial advisor based in Geneva, plays a crucial role in advising YAVA and their clientele. With a robust educational foundation from Warwick Business School and UCL, he has honed his expertise in private markets investments. Charles commenced his career at the French group Tikehau Capital in London, contributing to their Private Equity Department. Subsequently, he moved to J. Safra Sarasin's Private Equity fund in London, before transitioning to Geneva to join their Investment Consulting team, where he continues to provide valuable insights into private market investments.
